Bar Chairs & Accessories.
Plastic bar chairs in four height ranges from 25mm to 100mm, plus concrete sealers and coatings. Everything to finish the job — all in stock, ready to go.
Overview
Correct cover, every pour
Concrete cover is what protects reinforcement from corrosion and gives the structure its design durability. Bar chairs hold the steel at the right height above the formwork so the cover specified by AS 3600 is actually achieved on site.
Four height combinations span everything from light residential slabs (25/40mm) to high-exposure civil applications (85/100mm). Each height is dual-rated — the chair can be used either way up to give two cover options — and sold in bags of 100, so you can order alongside your bar and mesh for a single delivery.
