What we do
Processed to your schedule, not a standard length
Cut and bent reinforcement takes the labour-intensive, high-tolerance work off your site team. We receive your bar schedule, process every bar to the exact dimensions and shape codes specified, bundle by member mark, and deliver to site ready to place directly into formwork.
We process N10 through N40 deformed bar across all common AS 3600 shape codes — stirrups, ligatures, cogs, hooks, cranks and custom bends. Each bundle is tagged and labelled to match your schedule.
Our processing is performed by experienced steel fixers, not general labourers, which means shape code accuracy you can rely on.

Submit Your Schedule
Send us your bar schedule by email or our quote form. PDF, spreadsheet or scanned drawings are all fine. We'll confirm receipt and flag any queries within 4 business hours.

Quote & Confirmation
We price your schedule and send a detailed quote with total tonnage, line-item breakdown and proposed delivery date. Your approval locks in the processing slot.

Processing at Kewdale
Your order is cut and bent at our Kewdale facility to the shape codes and dimensions on your schedule. Each bundle is tagged with member mark, bar mark, size and quantity.

Delivery to Site
We deliver by semi-trailer or rigid truck across Perth metro, with interstate and regional supply Australia-wide by arrangement. Pre-slung loads available for crane pick. You'll receive a delivery notification and docket with bundle count.
